Who this covers

This policy explains what data AI Price Metrics (“we”) collects when you visit aipricemetrics.com, and how we use it. It applies to the website and its public API.

Information we collect

Automatically, via cookies: we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type, and referral source. Once ad serving is enabled, Google AdSense will similarly use cookies to show and measure ads, and may personalize them based on your prior activity, subject to the consent choice you make on this site.

If you provide it: if you subscribe to price-change alerts for a model, we store the email address you give us and which model it's tied to, so we can send that alert. Every alert email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

Stored only in your browser: your favorited models and cookie-consent choice are kept in your browser's local storage. We never see or receive this data — it stays on your device and is cleared if you clear your browser's site data.

Cookies and your choices

On your first visit you'll be asked to accept or decline non-essential cookies (analytics and, later, ad personalization). You can change that choice anytime via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Declining doesn't block you from using the site — it only limits what we and Google can measure or personalize.

You can also manage Google's ad personalization directly at adssettings.google.com, or opt out of Google Analytics site-wide with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Third-party services we use

Google Analytics (usage measurement), Google AdSense (advertising, once enabled), Resend (delivering price-alert emails), and Render/Neon (hosting our API and database). Each processes data under its own privacy policy in addition to this one.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal data. We don't require an account or password to use the site. The comparison table, calculator, and API work the same whether or not you accept cookies.

Children's privacy

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes — for example, when ad serving actually goes live. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
